Nancy Hieber - Director

In 1999 we purchased our house, located just north of Pratts Point on East Lake Road. I retired from Empire BCBS in 2002 and from IBM in 2006. We then moved from Saratoga Springs to the lake full time. I have previously served on the CLIA board and am eager to become involved again.

Tim Hopkins - Director

My name is Tim Hopkins, my wife and I have lived on the lake since 1996.  Our first camp was in the Oaks and now we reside year-round on Hemlock Lane.  I am a self-employed contractor. I have a certificate in Environmental Conservation & Forestry with endorsements in first aid/CPR, land/forest management practices, tree identification, tree scaling(really), lumber grading, reforestation, soil conservation, stream bank repair and heavy equipment operation and safety.  I have had the pleasure of serving on the board before, and in the past I have operated the harvester for over 3 years.  I would like to bring back to the CLIA Board my experience and education if elected.  Oh, and I can cook as well!

Tom LeCours - Director

My husband Charlie and I have been on the Lake for 19 years; the first 5 in the Hemlocks, and the last 14 on East Lake Road.  We love being on the Lake, and love having our children and grandchildren come and share the Lake with us. I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson.  I am retired after working for 36 years for the New York State Public Service Commission, holding positions in engineering and management in the area of utility natural gas supply. We spend roughly half of the year at the Lake, and half at our home in Colonie, NY. My interest in serving on the CLIA Board is in Lake Management.  I have been on the Board for the past 6 years, where I have worked on the Lake Management Task Force, particularly as Chair for the herbicide program.  I have enjoyed spending time on tasks and issues to keep our lake healthy and beautiful.
